Man Pleads Guilty To Killing, Dismembering Broken Arrow Man In 2019

A Tulsa man pleaded guilty in federal court to murdering a Broken Arrow man in 2019.

Alex Scott said he killed Robin Skocdopole by beating him repeatedly with a hammer. He said he then cut up the victim's body, put the victim's arm in a dumpster, his head in a wooded area, and his legs, other arm, and torso near a creek.

Part of Scott's plea deal requires him to help investigators find the victim's head. It also calls for him to get a 45-year prison sentence.

News On 6 covered Scott in 2018 when he was charged in Tulsa County with molesting a boy and fled to New York before police could question him.

After he was brought back to Oklahoma, he was allowed to be out on bond. Police said that's when he went back to New York and killed a wealthy antiques dealer.

That case is still making its way through the New York court system.
