A Tulsa man has died after a crash in Creek County, Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

Jose Ricardo was driving east on 181th Street near Mounds when he lost control, hit a culvert, and rolled the vehicle onto its top, OHP said.

The crash happened late Monday night, OHP said. Glenpool emergency crews freed Ricardo about an hour and a half after it happened, OHP said.

He was taken to the hospital, where he died Tuesday afternoon, according to OHP.

OHP said Ricardo was not wearing a seatbelt.
