Keeping Your House Too Cool Could Lead To Higher Blood Pressure

Keeping your house too cool could cause you to have higher blood pressure.

Researchers studied 4,600 people, noting the temperature of their home and their blood pressure.

They found that the average blood pressure for people in the coolest homes was 126.64/74.52, while those in the warmest homes averaged 121.12/70.51 mmHg.

While the researchers didn’t pinpoint a temperature for a “warm enough home”, they do suggest that about 70 degrees Fahrenheit, is ideal.
