Mayfest elevates the promotion of visual and performing arts through a free, family-friendly, three-day, outdoor festival in the downtown Tulsa Arts District and Historic Greenwood District. This year marks the 50th anniversary of Tulsa's Mayfest and the first presented by The University of Tulsa. It will be held May 12th – May 14th, 2023. Mayfest features artists only with original, handmade works of art, including clay, digital media, drawing/pastel, glass, graphics/printmaking, jewelry, leather/fiber, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, wood and more. Artist booths are open Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mayfest will also feature on stage performances including dance, theater, vocal and instrumental entertainment. It will take place in downtown Tulsa between North Greenwood Avenue to the east, North Main Street to the west, East Cameron Street to the north and East Archer Street to the south. Admission is free to the public.

Festival hours are Friday, May 12th, and Saturday, May 13th, 11am – 11pm and Sunday, May 14th, 11am – 6pm. Come out on Friday and say hi to your favorite 106.9 K-Hits jocks and get a chance to spin the prize wheel for some K-Hits swag! 106.9 K-Hits will be at Mayfest from 1-5pm on May 12th on Griffin Media’s front lawn.

Mayfest is a pet-friendly festival for well-behaved, leashed pets that are current on their vaccinations. No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed at Mayfest, but there will be plenty of food and drink vendors available onsite.
