Authorities in Stillwater are investigating a deadly auto-pedestrian accident Friday night.

The collision happened just after 6 p.m. Friday on 19th Avenue.

Witnesses said a pedestrian was walking in the roadway when they were struck in the roadway by a vehicle traveling in the same direction, according to the city's initial investigation.

The investigation is still ongoing.
