Tulsa police said a victim was found dead in a Walmart parking lot during the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police responded to a call to the store's parking lot just after 4 a.m. near East 81st Street and South Lewis Avenue.

Witnesses told police that the victim was in a fight with another man and that the victim died from injuries sustained in the fight.

TPD said it will wait on the Medical Examiner's cause of death ruling.

The suspect, identified as 36-year-old Terry Limose, was taken to a hospital to tend to a cut and was then questioned by TPD detectives.

Limose, a Native American, will be booked with an FBI complaint for murder in Indian Country.
