The Haskell County Sheriff's Office said two men are in custody after leading law enforcement on a chase.

Deputies say they started searching for Timothy Lovell Jr. near Crossroads General Store east of Stigler on Friday morning.

Deputies say they found and chased Lovell until he crashed, then started running again.

Lovell was booked on complaints of assault and battery on an officer.

Deputies say David Roberts, from McCurtain, was also arrested when he was with Lovell, for harboring a fugitive.
