A man has been sentenced to 20 years in federal prison for shooting and killing a man at a Tulsa motel in February.

43-year-old Johnny Little Cook killed 29-year-old Xzavior Frost at the Budget Inn Motel near I-44 and Highway 75.

Frost’s body was discovered in one of the rooms by a housekeeper.

Little Cook is also ordered to pay $1,600 for funeral expenses.
