A protest is planned Friday at 6 p.m. outside the Edmond police department for a teen that was shot and killed by police in 2019.
Community members plan to demand the investigation into the death of Isaiah Lewis be reopened.
Lewis was 17-years-old when he was shot and killed.
Officers responded to the scene after Lewis' girlfriend called 911.
According to the call, Lewis was running outside naked, and broke into a stranger's home.
Officers said they tasered Lewis but he fought back.
According to the district attorney's report, the officers reported fearing they would pass out.
One officer shot Lewis several times, killing him.
Toxicology reports showed traces of THC and Benadryl in Lewis' system, but the DA said it wasn't enough to explain his behavior.
The district attorney decided not to charge the two officers involved, and said the shooting was justifiable force.
