The company is starting the Paternity Leave Fund which is hoping to raise over a Million Dollars to help Dads spend those valuable moments with their newborn.
The fund will provide grants of $5,000 to new Fathers across the country that currently do not have access to Employer-funded Paternity Leave.
Their goal is for Father's not to have to choose between their new children and a paycheck.
