Tulsa Man Pleads Guilty To Threatening To Blow Up His Apartment Building

A Tulsa man pleaded guilty Friday in federal court after authorities said he threatened to blow up his apartment building.

Charles Fox got into a stand-off with police at the French Villa Apartments near 51st and Harvard in September after a domestic dispute.

Investigators said Fox opened a propane tank indoors, putting everyone in the complex in danger. Fox will be sentenced this spring.
