A detention officer for the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office has been arrested on counts of bringing contraband into the jail. 

TCSO says Detention Officer Joseph Francis is accused of bringing tobacco and cellphones into the jail. He was also arrested on one count of conspiracy to commit a felony. 

They say Francis was hired in September of last year. He was terminated Thursday.
