Police arrested a man and woman after a high-speed chase from Catoosa to Tulsa.

Catoosa Police tried to pull over a driver around midnight, but he took off.

The driver eventually hit a parked car near 24th and Memorial.

Police arrested him and a female passenger, and officers did find some drugs in the car.
