WNW with Snickers 4-4-18

This week for Wet Nose Wednesday, we have an awesome deal from our sponsor Appelbaum Animal Clinic! For the entire month of April, any public school employee can show their school ID and get a FREE exam. Stop by and see Dr. Appelbaum today at 61st and Memorial.

Our special WNW guest this morning was such a sweet boy. Snickers is about 5 years old, which means he's calm, trained and ready for a family to love.

He's a lab mix with a beautiful brindled coat and a happy-go-lucky personality. Sadly, Snickers was found dumped along with a female after they'd been living with a family. Suddenly, this poor guy was homeless.

Legacy of Hope took both dogs in and are helping find Snickers a new home. He's crate and potty trained, does great with kids, but isn't a good fit in a home with a cat.

Snickers is currently being boarded and would love for you to adopt him, but in the meantime he could also use a foster to take him in and give him plenty of cuddles and playtime. Legacy of Hope provides the crate, food, treats, and vet care for their fosters, you would just provide the home and the love.

If you'd like to submit an application for Snickers, contact Legacy of Hope through their Facebook page. And check out this funny boy hanging out with us in the studio this morning!
