1 In 4 Couples Sleep Apart For Better Rest
Almost one in four married couples sleep in separate beds.
The survey from the National Sleep Foundation found that nearly 25% of couples sleep in separate beds or separate rooms because they say it leads to better sleep, and gives them more energy the next day.
Experts say there is a diagnosis called environmental sleep disorder which basically means there is something in your room that is disturbing your sleep.
And they say this is why some couples get better sleep when they don’t spend the night in the same room.
