106.9 KHITS is teaming up with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma to discover a high school athlete in Oklahoma who goes above and beyond within their school and community.

We’re accepting nominations for a local athlete to earn the title ‘Heart of a Champion’. The good deeds of the athlete selected will be rewarded with tickets to attend the Champions of Health Gala presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma on September 19th in Tulsa featuring Oklahoma City Thunder NBA player Jalen Williams.
