A man was hit and killed by a semi-truck on a highway in Tulsa, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

OHP said that a semi was headed west on I-244 near Main Street when a pedestrian walked out onto the highway around 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.

The cause of the crash is under investigation and the victim has not been identified.
