NBA Postpones Thunder-76ers Game

The NBA announced Sunday that tonight's Oklahoma City-Philadelphia game has been postponed.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Sixers do not have eight players available due to extensive contact tracing.

The league's health and safety protocols require each team must have eight players active in order for a game to occur.

Wojnarowski also reported that the Sixers' contact tracing is connected with their game against the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday night.

Sunday's postponement marks the 14th regular season postponed by the NBA due to its COVID-19 health and safety protocols.

Oklahoma City also had its season opener against the Houston Rockets postponed on Dec. 23 due to contact tracing within the Rockets' roster.
