Call me crazy but I really think the diet works! after two days I feel better...Not only is it getting me on a "regular schedule", but I think it's curbing my appetite as well! THANK YOU FERGI!!!! Finally an appetite suppressant that is not only safe and affordable...but it works too! Let me know what its doing for you! ...

So there are so many beauty products out there these days! You gotta ask yourself, "with so many out there, which ones actually work"? I'll try them for you. Sound good? That way your not flushing money down the toilet everytime you buy a bad product! Let me flush my money!!!! Fill out the comment box if there is a product that you want me to try. Have you ever heard of Nioxin Hair Products? Well, I for some reason thought it was for men! (I once dated a guy who used it because his mom told him that it would make his hair grow in thicker!) Anyway...I am using it now and I believe in it! I was introduced to it by a stylist at SuperCuts. I was looking for a shampoo that would deep clean my scalp and help my hair grow faster! Both the shampoo and conditioner are great! I really get that "clean feeling" after using it! Actually the second I put it on I can feel it working. It's very mentholly (made that word up) and minty. I don't need it to make my hair thicker, but it does. They say it helps it to grow quicker too! Try it and fall in love! I picked mine up on sale at SuperCuts! 71st and Memorial...

Okay so my first impression of the Apple Cider Vinegar is .....YUCK! I swallowed down 2 odorless less garlic tablets with a swig of the vinegar mixed in water at 6:30 this morning. (Before my first meal) Then again this evening before dinner. (I skipped lunch) I'll start over again tomorrow! Let me know how your doing!...

Hey it works for Fergi! Here's the recipe...now you can try it for yourself and let me know if it works! Experts say that you can lose 5-7 pounds in the first week! RECIPE:
1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar
mix in 8 ounce glass of water
Drink with 2 tablets of Kiolic Garlic
Do this before every meal until you reach your desired weight, then do it once a day!
