This is simple. I'm gonna be COMPLETELY honest with you here. I personally, would keep the money.

 

However, if you believe in Good/Bad Karma, you should probably return it. Unless you think maybe this is a little good ...

 

Ladies, here are a few things you'll learn about guys if you decided to move in with one.

1. They clean on a regular basis.

It's usually a bi-weekly basis. They let dishes build up in the sink and claim they're "soaking;" they'll scatter bread crumbs all over the floor and wait to scrub the toilet until the city issues a health code violation. They'll also get mad if you straighten up their stuff.

2. They ruin towels.

Guys go through towels like they're made of paper. Every booze spill, animal accident and fire is cleaned up with a bathroom towel and guys don't mind if it's ruined. They also think paper towels are a waste of money.

3. They pee in the sink.

They feel all the pipes go to the same place and urine's completely sterile. They wash it down and the ammonia cleans the drain. They ...

 

New research finds that gay men are most attracted to the most masculine-faced men, while straight men prefer the most feminine-faced women.

A doctoral student at Harvard University said in their study, straight women preferred more masculine-faced men than lesbian women, while lesbians preferred slightly more masculine female faces than straight women or men.

(It found that the types of male faces that gay men found attractive generally did not mirror the types of faces that straight women found attractive on average.)

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I'm already thinking about the things that I can give thanks for. There's alot!

Obviously, being some cad's side action is always a sucker's game, but if you're going to do it, do it right.

Choose Carefully.

It's bad enough that you're "dating" a married guy, but when you start sleeping with someone who's in a position of authority over you, you're screwing yourself twice. Every good grade will be chalked up to your romance with the professor and every promotion credited to time served on your back. Don't kid yourself into thinking that no one in your class or office knows, because people aren't blind and you're not that slick.

Don't Go Home With Him.

Maybe he's too cheap to pay for a hotel room, could be he secretly wants to get caught ... then again, maybe he's just a sociopath. I can't even tell you how many times I've heard about a married dude bringing his girlfriend back to the house ...

 

OKAY, I'll give my advice, but you need to read the letter and give your advice too!

 

Dear Lindsey: "I am having a costly problem with my boss. We get along really well, but two or three times a week she'll send me out to get coffee for her. She usually doesn't have change and says she'll settle up with me later, except often she forgets. It's costing me about $15 a week which may not seem like alot to you, but it is for me. $60 a month is a lot for a single mother. My boss hasn't paid me back in over two months. A study found that people are more likely to wash their hands after using the bathroom only if they are shamed into it.... or think they are being watched.

Hand-washing is the cheapest way of controlling disease but the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine found that less than one-third of men and two-thirds of women wash their hands with soap after going to the toilet.

Health authorities around the world are trying to get people to wash their hands to help slow the spread of the H1N1 swine flu.

Hand-washing could save more than a million lives a year and it can help prevent the spread of viral infections like flu and sickness and diarrhea bugs like norovirus and rotavirus.

The researchers studied the behavior of a quarter of a million people using toilets over 32 days.
