Dfest is July 24-25, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dfest showcases the best emerging artists in the country. In addition to the nearly 30 headlining bands, more than 130 unsigned acts will perform this year in conjunction with the two-day conference. The artists will represent more than 20 musical genres on a dozen stages. The conference is held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel located at 100 East Second Street in downtown Tulsa. The festival grounds are in walking distance in the entertainment district known as the Blue Dome District located between 1st and 2nd and Detroit and Elgin Streets.
