Fizzy Fruity Pineapple Punch: It's WAY easy to make a pitcher of this non-alcoholic punch ahead of time -- 3 packets of the Crystal Light, 6 cups of soda water, and 1 1/2 cups of pineapple chunks will make 6 servings! Then your friends (ahem, who are of the legal drinking age) can decide whether they want to add a shot of vodka or rum. A shot of either liquor has about 100 calories.

Wicked Good White Russian

Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons Coffee-mate Sugar Free French Vanilla powdered creamer
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 1/2 ounces light vanilla soymilk
  • 1 1/2 ounces of vodka
  • 2 teaspoons sugar-free calorie-free vanilla-flavored syrups

Directions:

      In a glass, combine creamer and coffee granules with 2 ounces of warm water, and stir to dissolve. Add soymilk, vodka and syrup, and then stir it up. Add many ice cubes and enjoy!

Per Serving: (entire recipe, 1 drink) 132 calories, 2g fat, 42mg sodium, 3g carbs, 0g fiber, 1g sugars, 1g protien
